A large property spanning six levels including three self contained apartments. With a cinema, golf simulator, 35m indoor pool, gym and tennis court, the technology in this property needed to be both state-of-the-art and easy to operate by any family member or guest.

 

A home automation system was used to manage all technology in the house allowing the home to be easily operated by family members and property managers both locally and remotely. Not only does this improve the functionally and convenience of the home - significant energy savings have been achieved with the system.

 

A powerful security access system including 35 keyless electric doors and 45 security cameras, all viewable from a single portal, allows this property to be both secure and easy to manage for family, guests and trades.

 

An entertainment system featuring 17 displays, twenty audio zones, as well as a dedicated cinema and golf simulator sharing eight video sources can be easily operated by any family member or guest.

 

A robust data network was used to connect all technology within the home to allow all systems to operate seamlessly. The Wi-Fi system allows coverage throughout and allows guests staying in the apartments to have limited access to the system if required, thereby improving security. 

 

A lighting control system allows lights and shades to be controlled easily from engraved keypads, wall-mounted touch screens, as well as automatically by occupancy sensors and schedules. Linking the lighting system to the home automation system adds convenience and improves security.
